If you coach adaptive rowers and need help organizing a training plan, look no further. Jenny Sichel, decorated USRowing paralympic coxswain and Community Rowing‘s para rowing coordinator, has generously shared a full 12-month training program for adaptive athletes.

The training plan is divided into sheets for Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall and serves as a guide to be tweaked as necessary by a coach to suite the needs of his or her program. She recommends adding a few beats per minute for TA rowers to help keep their heart rate in the same zone.
