Boedeker has spent years coxing womens crews, and cites those who came of age before Title IX as his inspiration. He's worked with plenty of rowers who have proven it's never too late to learn to row... and win!

There was cycling in the Werth family blood, but in 1996 Karen was looking for a sport to claim as her own. One LTR session at CRC and she was hooked.

As a collegiate coxswain, AC Chacon caught the coaching bug. Now he's head coach of Long Beach State men’s rowing, and summers in Nassau coaching juniors.

Karen Agersborg has decades of rowing experience under her belt, including a run at the 1988 US National Team. A battle with cancer caused her to miss the 2016 USRowing Masters Nationals, but today she’s cancer free, and very happy to be back on the water.
